For funds, syndicates and token issuers

Every SAFT you signed,
in one cap table.

Send the contracts. We return investor, amount, valuation cap, discount, token allocation, TGE unlock, cliff and vesting — normalised into one spreadsheet, with the source line for every field.

The problem

Fifty deals. Fifty PDFs. One spreadsheet nobody updates.

A fund signs a SAFT, files it in Drive, and moves on. Two years later nobody can answer a simple question: what did we pay, at what cap, with what discount, and when does the token actually unlock?

Reading one SAFT properly takes about twenty minutes. Forty of them takes a week you do not have — so it never gets done, and the answers stay in the PDFs.

How it works

Three steps, no onboarding call.

The first document is free so you can check the output against your own reading before paying.

STEP 01

Upload the signed PDF

SAFT, token warrant, side letter or vesting schedule. Scanned stacks are quoted separately — tell us and we will run OCR.

STEP 02

We extract, then check

Rules pull the labelled economics. Anything the rules are unsure about is flagged and verified by a human before it reaches your spreadsheet.

STEP 03

Pay in USDT, download

One XLSX with every field, its confidence and its source line. Pay per document or buy a ten-pack. Delivery is instant after confirmation.

What you get

The fields a cap table actually needs.

Not a summary. A row you can concatenate across every deal you have ever signed, plus the derived numbers you would otherwise compute by hand.

FAQ

Before you upload anything.

What do you do with my documents?

They are parsed on our own server, never used to train models, and deleted on request. We can sign an NDA before you upload — ask first if your LPs require it.

How accurate is it on my format?

Standard SAFTs and warrants from the usual law firms come out clean. Unusual schedules get flagged rather than guessed: anything below threshold is marked in the output, so you always know which numbers to re-read. That is why the first document is free.

Scanned PDFs?

Native-text PDFs only for now. Scanned paper is quoted separately because it needs OCR and a longer turnaround.

How do I pay?

USDT on TRC-20. You get an address, an exact amount and an order reference. Paste the transaction hash and delivery unlocks automatically once the transfer confirms.

Can you build the cap table across all my deals?

Yes — that is the ten-pack. Upload them together and you get one workbook where every deal is a row with the same columns.

Do you give investment advice?

No. This is document extraction: what the contract says, normalised. No valuation opinions, no recommendations.
